Our perfumes are original creations inspired by the essence and character of iconic designer fragrances. While they capture similar sensory experiences, they are not affiliated with any original brand. Each scent is carefully developed to balance quality, complexity, and familiarity, allowing customers to enjoy luxurious fragrance profiles at accessible prices without compromising on craftsmanship or performance. The focus remains on delivering indulgent experiences while keeping purchases fair and transparent.

Cost-effectiveness is achieved by simplifying traditional industry practices. By reducing extravagant packaging, limiting expensive advertising campaigns, and avoiding prestige markups, resources are redirected toward ensuring the perfume itself is exceptional. This approach allows Dossier to provide fragrances that feel high-end while remaining affordable, giving customers a clear understanding of where their investment goes. Transparency in pricing and product details is central to this philosophy.

Longevity and performance are integral to the fragrance experience. Dossier perfumes are formulated to last throughout the day, with most 50ml bottles providing two to three months of regular wear depending on personal habits and skin chemistry. Every product is cruelty-free, vegan, and certified by PETA, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to ethical practices. Sample vials are no longer included with full-size bottles; instead, customers benefit from a risk-free return policy, offering peace of mind when trying new fragrances.

Orders are processed at the time of purchase, with free shipping available on orders of three or more items. Customers have thirty days from delivery to return perfumes they are unsatisfied with, following the specified return procedures. Pre-order items are shipped together with other purchases once available, but payment is collected upfront to secure the order. Returns and exchanges are designed to be convenient, fair, and transparent, with Dossier+ members receiving complimentary return shipping and a full refund per order, while non-members may return items for a small processing fee. Each order also includes one free exchange per customer, with authorization and proper labeling required.

Returned fragrances are given a second life through donation to Give Back Box, a nonprofit organization that distributes products to shelters, families, and other charitable initiatives in the U.S., Canada, and U.K., ensuring items are not wasted and serve a meaningful purpose. Customers can also experiment with fragrance layering to create unique combinations, while proper storage—away from heat, sunlight, and rapid temperature changes—helps maintain quality over time.

Shipping covers the continental U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and territories, with orders typically processed within one to two business days from multiple warehouse locations and tracking provided upon dispatch. Shipping Protection can be added for coverage against loss, damage, or theft during transit, offering additional reassurance with faster resolution through refunds or replacements.

Dossier+ membership enhances the experience with benefits like store credit, exclusive discounts, and occasional complimentary fragrances. Memberships are flexible and can be paused or canceled at any time, with reminders provided before charges.
